Re: [52N Contributors] Call for Papers for special issue “Geospatial Sensor Web – Concepts, Technologies and Applications”

Simon Jirka-3
Dear Members of the 52°North Sensor Web Community,

this is a reminder to the call for papers for the special issue
"Geospatial Sensor Web - Concepts, Technologies and Applications" in
the Springer Journal of Open Geospatial Data, Software and Standards.

Until tomorrow there is an option to claim a fee waiver for this
special issue so that you do not have to pay a publication fee. If you
are interesting in submitting a paper for this special issue and if
you would like to receive a fee waiver, I would need an abstract of
your article until tomorrow (1st November).

Best regards
Simon

Tad Slawecki
Simon or Ann,

I am interested in submitting an article, I cannot find the criteria section presenting word limits that is referenced at http://opengeospatialdata.springeropen.com/submission-guidelines/preparing-your-manuscript/original-articles. Can you provide any guidance?

Thanks,

Tad

Re: [52N Contributors] Call for Papers for special issue “Geospatial Sensor Web – Concepts, Technologies and Applications”

Tad Slawecki
FYI, [hidden email] suggested about 350 words as a limit for the abstract.

I did not realize until today - that you were askin gme to get you an
abstract by Nov 1.

I started working on the abstract today - but haven't passed it by the
other authors.

Am I too late?

Sorry about this -

THanks
Janet
