SOS 4.4.0 getObservation - temporalFilter latest

sanguinela
Hi Carsten,

When I call getObservation request specifing more procedure than one and with this temporal filter

       <sos:temporalFilter>
            <fes:TEquals>
              <fes:ValueReference>phenomenonTime</fes:ValueReference>
              <gml:TimeInstant gml:id="ti_1">
                <gml:timePosition>latest</gml:timePosition>
              </gml:TimeInstant>
            </fes:TEquals>
          </sos:temporalFilter>

I receive only the latest observation between all procedure.

Here (https://wiki.52north.org/bin/view/SensorWeb/GetObservation#Get_first_or_latest_values) I can  read "With this query you get for each procedure the latest measured value for each observed property".
What behavior that I should expect?

Best.
S.

Re: SOS 4.4.0 getObservation - temporalFilter latest

Carsten Hollmann
Hi,

in the Miscellaneous-Settings of the SOS you find the checkbox

"Should the SOS return overall extrema?"

If you uncheck this, the SOS returns the latest observation for each
procedure (series).

Best,
Carsten
